Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms, especially the deluxe with a fireplace, were cozy and perfect for hanging out in the late afternoon. However, the proximity to the employee entrance was a bit of a downside. The service was a mix of over-the-top and unsympathetic moments, with some staff going above and beyond while others lacked empathy. The location was excellent, close to all the shopping and dining spots near the Plaza Square. The dining options were average, not quite justifying the price point. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor hiccups.
Wow! This hotel is a gem. The rooms are elegant with a touch of luxury, though on the smaller side. The service is top-notch, from the friendly front desk to the efficient housekeeping. The location couldn't be better, just steps away from the vibrant Plaza. Dining options are standard but convenient. Overall, a wonderful stay worth every penny.
